Automatic detection of safety helmet wearing based on head region location

چکیده
In order to solve the problem of difficult and low precision in detection safety helmet wearing complex pose construction worker, a method based on estimation is proposed. model OpenPose, residual network optimized feature extraction introduced obtain skeletal point information then worker estimated information, three-point localization proposed for front back pose, skin colour side determine head region. The YOLO v4 used detect region, worker's judged according whether region intersects or not. Experimental results show that accuracy higher than other methods, adaptability environment stronger.

Automatic Safety Helmet Wearing Detection
Surveillance is very essential for the safety of power substation. The detection of whether wearing safety helmets or not for perambulatory workers is the key component of overall intelligent surveillance system in power substation. In this paper, a novel and practical safety helmet detection framework based on computer vision, machine learning and image processing is proposed. In order to asce...

Humans adapt their risk-taking behaviour based on perceptions of safety; this risk compensation phenomenon is typified by people taking more risks when using protective equipment. Existing studies have looked at people who know they are using safety equipment, and have specifically examined changes in behaviours against which that equipment might reduce risk. We demonstrate risk-taking increase...

Bike riding is a lot of fun, but accidents happen. People choose motorbikes over car as it is much cheaper to run, easier to park and flexible in traffic. In India more than 37 million people are using two wheelers. Since usage is high, accident percentage of two wheelers are also high compared to four wheelers. Motorcycles have high rate of fatal accidents than four wheelers. The impacts of th...
متن کاملextremal region detection guided by maxima of gradient magnitude
a problem of computer vision applications is to detect regions of interest under dif- ferent imaging conditions. the state-of-the-art maximally stable extremal regions (mser) detects affine covariant regions by applying all possible thresholds on the input image, and through three main steps including: 1) making a component tree of extremal regions’ evolution (enumeration), 2) obtaining region ...
Automatic Pavement Crack Detection Based on Aerial Imagery
Road health information is an important indicator for assessing the status of the road in management systems. Identifying the abandonment of surfaces is an important process in maintaining roads and traffic safety, which is traditionally conducted on the basis of field surveys. Today, remote sensing methods, especially photogrammetric imaging, are presented. In this article, based on by UAVs im...
